I felt safe at the hotel and I arrived at 11:00 pm at night. I was worried.

There were no water bottles available for purchase in the room when I arrived very late.

The workout area was tiny but very clean and the treadmill was state of the art. Would have like a few free weights, but at least I got my cardio in.

The amenities in the room, the landscaping and the location.

Carpeting in public areas appeared very dirty and a/c did not work well.

We enjoyed our stay. We were only there for one night but the staff was very friendly and helpful and we appreciated the amenities in the room, the refrigerator, microwave, iron and hairdryer. It was all very handy. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly it took along time to cool the room and it kept turning on and off. One of the lights in the room kept shorting on and off and my husband unplugged it for fear of fire. We reported both problems to the front desk at check out time. Proximity to Freeway.

Nice sized room with microwave, refrigerator, A/C, and Plasma TV. Extremely Clean. Located approx. two miles walking distance to beach. Extremely small pool. Proximity to freeway with no sound walls made the room noisy even with fans running all night. Would advise requesting room on front side of hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bed was perfect for a good nights sleep. We were the ones in control of the room temp a real plus!

The free breakfast was nice, but not enough seating had to stand and wait for a seat the first day. The second day my husbad had to sit on a rock wal

I would stay here again. It was quiet, clean, friendly,and comfortable. The decor was pleasant and updated. It is centrally located to all in Carpinteria and near Santa Barbara.

Breakfast was very good, and it changed the 2 days we were there.

It was a no pets allowed hotel, yet we observed a couple bringing in 2 large dogs and nothing was done about it.

This hotel is conveniently located, yet quiet. The room was decorated very well, it included a microwave as well as a small refrig. Well worth the money.

I booked the hotel for my mom, so I don't know the answers, although she said she loved it. I did want to say that I believed I was booking the location in Santa Barbara, and the reservation was messed up, so she stayed 10 miles from the location we were attending a wedding at.
